What is Zillo Pro?

Zillo Pro is an optional monthly add-on ($50 AUD / $55 NZD / $30 USD) that unlocks the growth tools — abandoned-cart recovery, checkout upsells, waitlists, event reminders, Klaviyo, customer tags & notes, and conversion pixels — plus a custom domain, your own email sender, bulk import, developer tools, and custom reports. Your free account keeps everything at 3% per sale.

What is Zillo Pro?

Zillo is free to sell — all your products, your storefront, and payouts, at 3% per sale, with no monthly fee. Zillo Pro is an optional add-on for when you want a bit more control, a more polished brand, and the growth tools that help each visit turn into a bigger sale. Add it any month you need it, cancel any month you don't.

What it costs

$50 AUD / $55 NZD / $30 USD a month. Cancel anytime. Your 3%-per-sale price never changes — Pro is on top of the free plan, not instead of it. You're never locked into a contract, and nothing about your store or your data depends on staying subscribed.

Do you need it?

You don't need Pro to run a real store. The free plan covers products, checkout, payouts, refunds, the mobile app, standard reports, and CSV export. Pro makes sense once you want to:

  • Look fully like your own brand — your own domain, your own email sender, and no "Powered by Zillo".
  • Grow each order and recover lost ones — upsells, abandoned-cart recovery, and waitlists.
  • Market to your customers — Klaviyo sync, customer tags & notes, and conversion pixels.
  • Work behind the scenes — manual sales, bulk gift-card import, custom reports, and developer tools.

What's included

    1. Your own custom domain — sell from gifts.your-business.com instead of your-slug.zillo.app. See Set up a custom domain.
    2. Send email from your own domain — gift-card, ticket, and booking emails come from your address, not Zillo's.
    3. Manual sales, $0 comps & payment links — record off-platform sales, issue free orders, or email a customer a pay-now link. See Create a manual sale.
    4. Bulk gift-card import — issue gift cards to a whole list of recipients from a spreadsheet. See Import gift cards in bulk.
    5. Developer tools — the API, webhooks, and MCP for building your own integrations.
    6. Custom reports — build your own report by describing it to AI or configuring it by hand, then export it. (The standard reports and CSV export are free for everyone.)

    14. No Zillo branding — "Powered by Zillo" comes off your storefront and emails while you're subscribed.

Where each feature is turned on

The growth features — abandoned cart recovery, checkout upsells, waitlists and event reminders — are turned on per-store under Settings → Growth. Klaviyo and conversion pixels live under Settings → Integrations. Your custom domain is under Settings → Domains, your email sender under Settings → Email, and customer tags & notes appear on each profile in Customers.

Just want the branding gone and nothing else? You can remove it with a single one-time purchase instead of subscribing — see Settings → Add-ons.

Add or remove it anytime

Pro lives in Settings → Add-ons. Add it in a couple of clicks, and manage or cancel it yourself from the billing portal whenever you like.
