What is Zillo Pro?

Zillo Pro is an optional monthly add-on ($50 AUD / $55 NZD / $30 USD) that unlocks the growth tools — abandoned-cart recovery, checkout upsells, waitlists, event reminders, Klaviyo, customer tags & notes, and conversion pixels — plus a custom domain, your own email sender, bulk import, developer tools, and custom reports. Your free account keeps everything at 3% per sale.

Managing your Zillo Pro subscription

Add Zillo Pro from Settings → Add-ons, update your card or cancel anytime from the billing portal. If a payment fails you get a few days' grace before Pro features pause, and your store and data are never touched.

Building custom reports

The standard reports and CSV export are free for everyone. With Zillo Pro you can also build your own report — describe it to AI or configure it by hand, preview it, save it for reuse, and export it to CSV anytime.

Recover abandoned carts

Turn on abandoned cart recovery (a Zillo Pro feature) and Zillo automatically emails customers who start checkout but don't pay, with a one-click link back to their cart. Set the delay under Settings → Growth and edit the wording under Settings → Email.

Add checkout upsells

Checkout upsells (a Zillo Pro feature) show customers recommended products at the cart so they add more before paying — hand-picked per product, or chosen automatically by AI. Turn it on under Settings → Growth and pick recommendations on each product.

Set up waitlists

Waitlists (a Zillo Pro feature) let customers sign up to be notified when a sold-out ticket, class, product, or fully-booked reservation time comes back — Zillo emails them automatically the moment a spot frees up. Turn it on under Settings → Growth and see who's waiting under Waitlists.

Automated event reminders

Turn on automated reminders (a Zillo Pro feature) and Zillo emails ticket and booking customers before their event, so fewer people forget and no-shows drop. Set the lead time from 1 hour up to 7 days and edit the wording to match your brand.

Connect Klaviyo

Connect your Klaviyo account (a Zillo Pro feature) and Zillo automatically syncs your customers and their order, gift-card, ticket, booking and membership activity, so your Klaviyo flows and campaigns fire on real purchase and redemption events.

Customer tags & notes

Tag customers and keep private notes on their profile (a Zillo Pro feature) — a lightweight CRM built into your dashboard, on top of the customer insights every plan gets. Find both in the Tags & notes card on any customer's profile under Customers.

Reserve with Google

List your bookable services with Reserve with Google (a Zillo Pro feature) so a "Book online" button appears on your Google Business Profile in Search and Maps — customers tap through and book on your own Zillo store.

Conversion pixels (GA4, Meta & TikTok)

Add your Google Analytics 4, Meta and TikTok pixel IDs (a Zillo Pro feature) so storefront views and purchases report back to your ad accounts for tracking and retargeting.
