Connect Klaviyo
Connect your Klaviyo account (a Zillo Pro feature) and Zillo automatically syncs your customers and their order, gift-card, ticket and booking activity so you can run email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
Connect Klaviyo
Zillo keeps your storefront and payments simple. For email and SMS marketing, you connect Klaviyo — and Zillo feeds it your customers and their activity automatically, so your flows and campaigns fire on real purchase and redemption events.
Klaviyo is part of Zillo Pro.
Connect your account
- Add Zillo Pro from Settings → Add-ons if you haven't already.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Klaviyo and approve the connection in the Klaviyo window.
That's it — you'll land back in Zillo with Klaviyo showing as Connected.
What gets synced
Once connected, Zillo sends Klaviyo an event whenever something happens in your store, including:
- Orders placed
- Gift cards issued and redeemed
- Tickets and vouchers issued and redeemed
- Bookings confirmed and redeemed
- Memberships activated, cancelled and checked in
Each event carries the customer, so Klaviyo builds up a profile and timeline you can segment and target.
You stay in control of marketing
Zillo never sends marketing on your behalf. Syncing a customer to Klaviyo does not subscribe them — Klaviyo only emails the people you have marketing consent for. You build and send everything from inside Klaviyo.
Disconnect anytime
To stop syncing, open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect Klaviyo. You can reconnect whenever you like.
