Reserve with Google
List your bookable services with Reserve with Google (a Zillo Pro feature) so a "Book online" button appears on your Google Business Profile in Search and Maps — customers tap through and book on your own Zillo store.
Reserve with Google
Reserve with Google puts a "Book online" button on your Google Business Profile — the panel people see when they find you in Google Search or on Google Maps. Tapping it sends the customer straight to your Zillo store to book, so you keep the customer, your branding, and your full checkout.
Reserve with Google is part of Zillo Pro.
How it works
Zillo lists your bookable services with Google on your behalf and points the button at your store. Customers still book on your Zillo storefront — Google is the shop window, not the checkout. Your appointments, reservations, and class or session tickets are all eligible.
This is a discovery listing, not in-Google booking. Google shows the button and your service details; the actual time-slot picking and payment happen on your own store, exactly as they do today.
Turn it on
- Add Zillo Pro from Settings → Billing if you haven't already.
- Open Settings → Reserve with Google.
- Fill in your business address and phone. Google uses these to match your store to your Google Business Profile.
- Tick "List my store with Reserve with Google" and Save.
The settings page shows a checklist of everything that needs to be in place before your listing can go live.
What you need first
For your listing to appear, all of these must be true:
- Your store is published.
- Your business address and phone are filled in — Google matches these to your Google Business Profile, so they should be the same details Google already has for you.
- You have at least one bookable product — an appointment, reservation, or ticket.
- Reserve with Google is turned on.
Coordinates (latitude and longitude) are optional. If Google is matching you to the wrong nearby listing, paste your exact coordinates from Google Maps to help it pick the right one.
How long until it shows up
Google reviews new listings and matches them to the right Business Profile before showing the button, so it can take a few days to appear after you opt in. There's nothing else to submit — Zillo handles the listing feed for you.
Hide a specific product
Every published appointment, reservation, and ticket is listed by default. If there's one you don't want surfaced through Google, hide it and the rest stay listed. Everything else about that product — selling it on your own store — carries on as normal.
Turn it off
Open Settings → Reserve with Google, untick the box, and Save. Your services stop being listed with Google.
Reserve with Google is part of Zillo Pro. If you cancel Pro, your listing is removed until you add Pro again.
