Add a booking link to your Google Business Profile

Add a "Book online" link to your Google Business Profile so people who find you on Google Search and Maps can jump straight to your Zillo store to book. Free, and takes about a minute.

Add a booking link to your Google Business Profile

When someone searches for your business on Google — or finds you on Google Maps — your Google Business Profile is the panel that shows your hours, photos, reviews, and a few action buttons. One of those buttons can be "Book online", and you can point it straight at your Zillo store so customers book with you in a couple of taps.

This is free, works today, and you add it yourself inside Google — Zillo just gives you the link to paste in.

This is different from Reserve with Google (coming soon), where Zillo lists your services with Google automatically. Here, you add a single link yourself — available to every Zillo store right now.

Open Settings → Google Business Profile. You'll see:

  • Your store link — sends people to your whole store.
  • A link for each bookable product — sends people straight to one appointment, reservation, or class.

Copy whichever one you want customers to land on. Most businesses use their store link, or the link to their most popular booking.

Add it to Google

    1. Open your Google Business Profile and find your business.
    2. On Google Search, choose "Bookings" — or on Google Maps, choose "Edit profile" and find the booking or appointment section.
    3. Select "Add link" and paste your Zillo booking link.
    4. Select "Save". If you add more than one link, you can mark one as your preferred link.

Google allows up to 10 booking links per profile, so you can add your store link plus a few individual services if you like. For the exact steps on your account, see Google's help guide.

Good to know

  • Your store must be published for the links to load for customers.
  • The link always points at your live storefront, so customers keep the full Zillo checkout — you keep the customer, your branding, and your payments.
  • Changing your store's address (your-store.zillo.app) later? Update the link in your Google Business Profile too.
