Welcome to Zillo

Zillo gives you a branded online store for selling gift cards, vouchers, event tickets, appointments, reservations, memberships, and physical or digital products — all from your own URL. Set up your store, connect Stripe for payouts, and start selling in minutes, no developer needed.

Welcome to Zillo

Zillo is a complete online store for your business. You get a branded storefront at your own web address where customers can buy gift cards, vouchers, event tickets, appointments, reservations, memberships, and physical or digital products. You set it up, connect Stripe so payments reach your bank, and you're selling — no developer, no code, no separate website needed. Everything you sell is managed from one dashboard: your products, your orders, your customers, and the look of your store.

What you can sell

You can offer one product type or mix several. Most stores launch with two or three and add more over time.

    1. Gift cards — a code with a balance that customers redeem in store or online. You can add bonus credit (for example, "spend $50, get $10 free") to boost sales.
    2. Vouchers — passes for a specific perk rather than a balance, like "One free coffee" or "60-minute massage". They can be single-use or multi-use (a punch-card style pass with a set number of uses).
    3. Event tickets — events and class sessions with a set capacity. Each ticket carries a QR code your staff scan at the door.
    4. Appointments — one-on-one, time-slotted bookings such as a haircut or a consultation. You set your availability and customers pick an open time.
    5. Reservations — shared time slots where several parties book the same sitting, like a tasting, a tour, or a table.
    6. Memberships — recurring subscriptions billed automatically, with an optional QR code for member check-ins at your venue.
    7. Physical and digital products — ship physical goods or deliver downloadable files automatically after purchase.

Not sure where to start? Describe your business in plain English to the AI builder and it sets up a starter store — brand colours, a welcome message, and a first product — for you to review and edit. See Build your first store.

How you get paid

Customers pay on your storefront with their card. Zillo uses Stripe to process the payment and move money to your bank, so you never have to handle card details yourself. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account and pays out on Stripe's normal schedule — Zillo never holds your funds. Zillo keeps a small platform fee (3% by default) on each sale; the rest is yours. You'll connect Stripe once during setup.

Want to wait before connecting Stripe? Turn on Test mode from Settings → Payments to click through your entire store — checkout, payment, and confirmation emails — using simulated payments, with no real money involved.
